Pumpkin bread - grain-free, gluten-free, dairy-free, no refined sugar


Very easy, one bowl fall recipe containing only nutrient dense ingredients. It is full of fiber, healthy fats, protein, vitamins and minerals. It's great for breakfast, snack or with your coffee as a dessert.


4 eggs

1 cup coconut sugar

2 tbs maple syrup

1/4 cup melted coconut oil

1/2 cup organic pumpkin puree

2 cups almond flour

1/2 cup coconut flour

1/2 tsp pumpkin spice

1/2 tsp nutmeg

1/2 tsp cinnamon

2 1/2 tsp baking powder

pinch sea salt


  1. Preheat oven to 365 F (200 C).
  2. Mix all the wet ingredients.
  3. Add all the dry ingredients and mix well together.
  4. Transfer the batter into a greased or non-stick loaf baking dish and bake for about 1 hour or until done.
