Pumpkin spice latte - no coffee required


It's that time of the year again, autumn, the season of everything pumpkin! This latte is easy to make, you just need few ingredients and a good blender.


1 cup of almond milk

2 pitted medjool dates (if you don't have dates, 1 tablespoon of maple syrup or raw honey works fine as well)

1/2 teaspoon of pumpkin spice (1 whole teaspoon if you prefer more spice)

1 teaspoon of cocoa powder (optional, I prefer not to use it)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract


Put everything in a blender and blend until you have a very smooth consistency, preferably with a foam on top.

You can add a shot of espresso if you need the boost or any other coffee of your choice. This dessert drink can be enjoyed cold or warm.
